SnappyEats is an online ordering company. We provide the technology to restaurants so that customers can place orders.

Some restaurants choose to offer delivery through SnappyEats however, SnappyEats does not physically deliver the food, the restaurant or their delivery company does.
I received an error while placing my order. What does that mean?

Errors generally occur due to typos in your address, or CVC while entering your credit card details. We suggest double-checking all fields.

If I didn't get an email confirmation, was my order placed?
